Includes a basket of crunchy mama goodies that will support your postpartum recovery and help you take care of your newborn, along with afternoon with me to get you set up for postpartum - create a plan, prep some meals, get organized.

Welcome Home Package
complimentary interview
12 hours of postpartum support (3, 4 hour sessions) - typically 3-4 days postpartum, then at 2 weeks, and finally 4-6 weeks.

Transitions Package
complimentary interview
Typically occurs towards the end of maternity leave, when you are transitioning back to work, often coinciding with a major sleep progression for baby.
includes 3, 4 hour sessions. Support focuses on developing systems for success, and expectations around normal infant biology and development.

Drive times longer than 30 minutes from Halethorpe, MD will be charged extra, or deducted from session.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before will be charged the full amount, $25 rescheduling fee

Not looking for a package? Hourly rate is $20/hr, 2 hour minimum. Virtual offerings available.
