Unlimited text, calls, and voice messages for the first 12 weeks postpartum. I'll ask about your baby AND you, isten to you cry if that's what you need. I'll be your cheerleader, reminding you that you are an amazing parent and you can do this. I'll also be reminding you of infant biological norms, and will alert you to anything that could be a red flag, and provide referrals accordingly. Got random questions about infant care, breastfeeding, etc? Skip google, text me instead!
 
While this is a 12 week package, please know that this is arbitrary, and your healing and need for support has no set timeline. Our time together will officially end at 12 weeks, but do not hesitate to reach out in the future.
